Disputes&Reversal

If you believe an unauthorised or otherwise problematic transaction has occurred, you agree to notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to help prevent financial loss.

All claims against us for payments must be made within 24 hours of the payment date. After the specified period of time, it will be assumed that you have waived all claims against us to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may intervene in payment disputes between users and merchants, but we are under no obligation to do so.
